Welcome to Imantree ("the App", "the Service"), a mobile and web application operated by Refik Emre Ak ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Imantree, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, whether accessed via web browser, mobile device, or any future platform.
Imantree is an Islamic companion application that provides the following features:
Basic features are available free of charge; optional Premium features require payment. We may change the Service, subject to applicable law and any paid subscription agreement.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Imantree. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through Google. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used for fraudulent or malicious purposes.

Imantree provides Islamic content including prayer times, Quran recitations, Hadith, Duas, and AI-powered guidance. While we strive for accuracy and authenticity:
We do not guarantee the absolute correctness of any religious content and disclaim liability for decisions made based on the information provided through the App.
Rights in the App's original software, artwork and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the Service for its intended purposes. Please do not copy, distribute or commercially exploit protected materials without the necessary permission.
These Terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law, including statutory exceptions for software interoperability. General ideas, religious practices and publicly available information are not claimed as our exclusive property.
Do not access non-public accounts or systems without authorization, overload the Service, evade technical access controls, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts the Service or other users.
Any rights in particular content or databases depend on the applicable law. This section does not prohibit uses that the law permits.
If you breach these Terms, we may take proportionate steps to protect the Service and other users. Claims and remedies are governed by applicable law; these Terms do not impose a fixed contractual penalty.
We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, harassment, abuse of the Service or a material breach of these Terms. We will consider the circumstances and applicable law before permanently terminating an account. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If your account is terminated for a serious breach of these Terms, any related subscription and refund request will be handled under the applicable contract and law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Imantree offers paid subscription plans ("Premium", "Blüte", "Samen", "Baum", "Lifetime"). All prices are shown in the App in the currency applicable to your country (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, TRY) including any applicable VAT for consumers in the EU. The exact final price is shown to you in the in-app checkout before payment.
Auto-renewal: recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), at the then-current published price, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription or in the platform (Google Play, App Store) where you purchased.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers — § 312g, § 355 BGB / Directive 2011/83/EU): if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a paid subscription contract within 14 days of conclusion, without giving any reason. To exercise the right, send a clear statement (e.g. an email to contact@imantree.com) within the period.
Statutory exceptions: the right of withdrawal can expire early only where all applicable legal requirements are met. Merely activating Premium features does not, by itself, waive that right. The conditions differ for services and digital content under § 356 (5) and (6) BGB.
Refund requests outside the statutory withdrawal right are handled in line with the relevant platform's policy for platform purchases or reviewed individually for direct Stripe purchases. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
You can terminate your subscription at any time, free of charge, through any of the following channels — § 312k BGB-compliant:
Termination is effective at the end of the current billing period:
You will receive an email confirmation as required by § 312k (2) BGB stating the content, date and time of the termination on a durable medium.
Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not itself create a pro-rata refund for the current billing period. Any statutory right of withdrawal or refund remains unaffected; see § 12a.
We may restrict or terminate your account for the reasons described in Section 10, subject to applicable law. We may otherwise terminate the Service by giving you reasonable advance notice via email where required.
Your worship data remains stored under your free account after subscription termination. You can request account deletion at any time at imantree.com/delete-account. We retain only records covered by applicable legal obligations for the relevant statutory period; the period depends on the type of record. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We send emails needed to operate your account and respond to your requests, such as verification, password resets and account security notices. Payment providers may send their own purchase receipts.
The App currently offers no marketing email subscription, marketing checkbox, double opt-in flow or email preferences toggle. If we introduce promotional emails, we will send them only where permitted by § 7 UWG and the GDPR and provide the required information and objection or withdrawal options.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imantree, its creator, and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App or via email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stuttgart, Germany.
For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply where they provide a higher level of protection.
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of § 36 VSBG (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz). You may, however, contact us directly at any time — we strive to resolve all complaints amicably.
