An-Nas (Arabic الناس, “Mankind”) is the 114th surah of the Quran. It was revealed in Mecca and has 6 verses. It begins in Juz 30 on page 604 of the Medina Mushaf.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

114:1

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ

Qul a'uzu birabbin naas

Say: I seek refuge with the Lord and Cherisher of Mankind,

114:2

مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ

Malikin naas

The King (or Ruler) of Mankind,

114:3

إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ

Ilaahin naas

The god (or judge) of Mankind,-

114:4

مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ

Min sharril was waasil khannaas

From the mischief of the Whisperer (of Evil), who withdraws (after his whisper),-

114:5

ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ

Al lazee yuwas wisu fee sudoorin naas

(The same) who whispers into the hearts of Mankind,-

114:6

مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ

Minal jinnati wan naas

Among Jinns and among men.
